This was the first time that I had purchased from Zappos and I was a little hesitant about placing an order because it would have to be sent to an APO address, which is overseas. I have had bad experiences being stationed overseas and never receiving my order or it would take weeks to get it. I have to honestly say that I received my order in a week and the boots are awesome. ...You guys all know how UGG boots are comfortable so I don’t need to say anything, but what you guys don't know is that I ordered the boot for my daughter on Monday at 3pm and believe me, Thursday or the next day at 2:30pm the UPS truck stopped at my home to drop it off. Zappos has the best costumer service in the USA. I pay regular shipping and they update my order...well should I say more?
