These are beautiful shoes. They do run small and a bit narrower than others. I have wide feet, and I usually wear an 8W or 8.5W. With these, the 9W fit me, although my heel does slip a bit when I walk. Even though they seemed narrow, going up to the 9 helped fit my wide feet. They're keepers! They seem well-made, have a substantial sole (not thin like some), and a nice sized, but very stable heel. I will be able to dress them up or down with jeans or nice pants.

Too small!
These are nice-looking boots but they seem to run at least a size too small and narrow. After trying two sizes I am giving up.

 |  | This was the easiest, most pleasant online buying experience I have ever encountered. I ordered a 7 1/2 and it was too big, you guys were out of a 7, which is the size I needed. I had 2 days until the dance and was in a bind. I actually found a phone number to call and the CSR was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I thought I would have to pay to get another pair sent out, but they transferred my credit and sent another pair via next day delivery. It was delivered as promised and fit perfect. I returned the other pair via the instructions and the whole process was wonderful. Thank you for great customer service!!!
