Afghanistan with the US Army Corps of Engineers. From the time I started
ordering products from your company, I have been nothing less than awestruck with the quality of products, speed of shipping, and dedication to customer service displayed by Zappos. I just spoke with a rep at your call center and she made an impression on me. She was more than willing and able to help me with a return and facilitate getting a new laptop shipped out to me as soon as possible. She should be promoted and should teach everyone in the customer service industry what it means to treat a customer with care and respect. I will look forward to getting my new laptop quickly, returning the faulty one effortlessly, and continuing to sing the praises of Zappos.com to everyone I know. The people stationed here with me in Farah are most likely sick of hearing it. NO ONE else ships as fast as you do. NO ONE else carries the vast array of assorted products that soldiers, sailors, and civilians alike need to order from a central website like you do.
