Cute and comfy yet hefty duty winter boot. Lightweight, good traction, keep feet warm and they are nice looking too! Good for a major Chicago snow storm! As with all Keens, go up 1/2 size. The brown with minty blue trim is soooo darling.

It is a very well made shoe for comfort, it’s been awhile since I worn a shoe that fits to a tee. The lassen shoe company should be very pleased with their shoes. I would buy their product again.

This shoe runs about 2 sizes smaller.
This is a very cute shoe, but when I ordered it and tried it on, it is about 2 sizes smaller than shoes my size which runs between 10 to 10.5 D. I was very disappointed that I had to return it.

I do... you've got them all beat… hands down! Others still do a great job, but there's nothing worse than having to call an online retailer and getting someone who you know really doesn't care about what you are
saying... not the case here. Whatever is in your water... SELL it to your
competition… they all could use a good dose! Above and beyond what I've heard about your customer service. I will definitely be back for more shopping. I placed the order yesterday afternoon and it's here already! I had to call my husband at work and tell him. We both are very picky about customer service, he works for FedEx, so it's very important to him. I'm 44 and do all the shopping for the household, you've got a new customer for life. Awesome!
