Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
Pretty, but narrow -
I ordered this boot because though it looked stylish, it also came as a size wide. When I opened the box, I was stunned to see that the supposed size wide was barely a medium. So watch out! The boot is narrower than it should be.

 |  | I just wanted to commend you on the excellent service. A friend had referred me to your website when I had a hard time finding Vans for my daughter. I placed my order and was impressed that my order came the next day. I thought I was just lucky to receive my order so quickly, but it happened again with my next order. My daughter needed shoes for a party this weekend, so I placed my order last night after 9pm PST hoping they would arrive in a couple of days by Friday, but I received the shoes this afternoon (19 hours later). I order a lot of merchandise on-line and have never had a company deliver their products so quickly and at no additional cost to the customer! I'm telling all my friends about Zappos.com. Your company is amazing and I won't even bother looking at other websites for shoes. By the way, the shoes are great, but I just felt compelled to e-mail and thank you for the speedy delivery... you've got a customer for life... mainly because of the quick delivery service.
