My son is 8 and has extra wide feet so it is impossible to find shoes in the mall. Every pair that we have ordered for him through Zappos has been perfect. On our most recent order, I ordered shoes too big so I returned them for an exchange. The return process was painless and the shoes we just received are perfect. Also, every employee that I have spoken with on the phone has been very courteous and helpful and I have to tell you that we will continue to order again and again.
