The shoes that I received were a perfect fit, comfortable and stylish. I have had the pleasure of ordering three times from Zappos and each time I have been more than satisfied. I am a size 6.5 and each time the fit has been perfect.

Excellent!
The shoes look good and are very comfortable. The style is right on trend. I checked the more expensive brands and the heels were way too high. These are just perfect and cost less than half of those other brands I was considering. I am glad that I waited for them to be in stock again. Just ordered another pair so I have a backup pair. If you are looking for a pair of black oxford, this is it.

You are sending me (overnight) new shoes. #1. You are not charging me for shipping and #2. You are not re-charging my credit card for the new shoes. I have sent the two pairs back today via the mailing slip you sent me. It has been a complete pleasure dealing with your company and your customer service representative could not have been nicer.
