So sad about it!
I bought these shoes to replace a pair of Keens I've literally beat to the ground since I've been deployed. I was so excited to get them in the mail, only to try them on...they are SO NARROW!!! I have very average-width feet normally, but these ones REALLY pinch at the widest part of my foot--from the knuckle of the big toe all the way across. They look great, but for the expense, I am really upset. The length is great, the laces are pretty cool, but they run really, really narrow.

 |  | I want to thank you for your compassion!!! I explained, I think to all the employees, my situation about having lupus, and a car accident with a broken back, but still needing shoes. They have been all heart! You have picked the best people to work for you. I do not know if you realize it but because I have trouble finding shoes I feel like I know everyone. They are the greatest employees and an asset to Zappos. They really do care! Most people today just want to place their 8 hours punch in and out, get home, and forget their job. I truly feel these people at Zappos are the very best that any company can have as employees. Trump, eat your heart out – these people may not be rich, but where it counts, rich at heart. I truly respect them for them taking their time with me. Most of all, I pray you realize you have the crème of the crop working for you! Congratulations for such great people who do not just go to work for a check but because they care about the people they help. Like me!!! Who knows if I will ever walk again but, I can say they gave me the hope that I may and can walk if I try, especially with my new shoes. Thank you Zappos for the best service anyone can ask for!
