So sad about it!
I bought these shoes to replace a pair of Keens I've literally beat to the ground since I've been deployed. I was so excited to get them in the mail, only to try them on...they are SO NARROW!!! I have very average-width feet normally, but these ones REALLY pinch at the widest part of my foot--from the knuckle of the big toe all the way across. They look great, but for the expense, I am really upset. The length is great, the laces are pretty cool, but they run really, really narrow.

 |  | I have to tell you how happy your shipping upgrade made my daughter. Having a large foot, she often has trouble finding a specific shoe. She has been looking for fun printed size 11 rainboots since Christmas and found them on Zappos. She was really excited when I ordered them, and soooo happy when they arrived THE NEXT DAY!!! She was completely surprised to see them already, and it *really* made her day. Sometimes the little things do make a difference. I didn't want it to go unappreciated.
