 |  |  | Zappos.com is absolutely phenomenal! I can't even believe it. I just moved to NYC from FL. Found a "dress up" job and started immediately – not even finished unpacking. In as much as I haven't even opened all of the boxes yet, nor do I know what's in them anymore. When I was hired I had to think about professional wardrobe and find clothes and shoes in this chaos immediately. There are three boxes missing...one of them...all of my SHOES!!! It's so easy, so fast and so fabulous after moving and traveling for seven weeks, I didn't think anything could be easy – especially buying shoes, which I can NEVER find my size (small woman, small feet), but I found exactly what I was looking for, ordered and received in less than twelve hours. It's fantastic! I hate shopping and I don't have to leave my apartment let alone walk anywhere to get exactly what I want in my size, color and style and have my purchase in my hot little hands in less than twelve hours with FREE DELIVERY!!! You guys saved my life and new job and gave me the best present ever! And FREE DELIVERY in a NY minute, literally. I was certain it couldn't be done. I was shocked and I never write testimonials but I had to write this one because if I didn't experience it for myself, I sure wouldn't believe it if someone told me this could happen. You can rest assured you have a new and loyal customer from here on in, and if I don't like my choice because I was in a panic, I can send them back hassle-free! ZAPPOS.COM IS AMAZING!
