If comfort, quality, and dressy looks are all important to you, these seem to be the best choice on the market at the moment. Although I have loved Rockport Dressports for years, they\'re no longer available and their successors have much harder, stiffer soles. These Clarks are very light and running-shoe comfortable but they are very good looking, too. (The dark brown color is nice.) I may order a second pair soon just to hedge against the difficulty of finding something this good in the future.

Very nice looking, perfect for "business casual", and best of all, very light. Felt a little narrow at first, but now breaking in.

I bought the brown pair in the store wore them for two weeks and am now ordering the black pair online. They are as comfortable as my high end new balance tennis shoes...

A great compromise between dress and casual -
These are Clarks, which says most everything you need to know. Of all the shoes I tried, these were the most comfortable. The quality is excellent. Styling is fine, nothing exceptional. The composite sole can almost pass for leather, but it doesn't dance well (too grippy).

Pillows on your feet - I just got these a day ago and they are the best pair of shoes I have ever bought. The second I put my foot into these shoes, it felt like they were being wrapped in air-conditioned pillows. They were soft, yet fitting, and very comfortable.
