Exceptional Shoes -
These shoes are wonderful! My feet are very hard to fit in comfortable shoes. I wear these all day with little discomfort. I can use my Birkenstock sole inserts and there’s just enough give in the leather that it almost feels like I'm in bare feet. If only they came in more colors.

Almost looks like a non-orthotic shoe -
Because of a serious auto accident, I am required to wear a stiff plastic brace from left ankle to just below the knee. The brace takes up a huge amount of space in my left shoe (I now wear a 9-1/2W on my left foot, but an 8-1/2B on my right) and normal street shoes will not accommodate the brace. Most of the shoes I now have to buy are ugly and heavy. I took a chance when I bought this shoe in brown nubuck and am very pleased with the look since it doesn't look like an orthopedic shoe!

My new favorite shoes!
I've now gotten these in both blue and black and they are my favorite shoes. They're a tad casual but I work at a university so it's fine. Strangely the black is slightly larger than the blue. But it's like wearing slippers that give me support!

Narrow Toe box WIDE HEEL :-(
They look good. But the toe area is just too narrow for someone who needs a very wide width. The heel area is too wide for me and the heel area slipped. It would have been nice if the toe box was rounded or wider and the heel area was narrower and the strap was secured with velcro now that would be an improvement I would very much like to see. And what about putting some beads on this too?

I was really disappointed when I received these shoes. I have a narrow foot, and I ordered an AA and the shoes were more in line of the average B width. What's even more disappointing is they don't offer an AAA. On the upside, Zappos sent the order out extremely fast.

These shoes are comfortable, but when buying a pair, keep in mind that they run a bit short for the size. I could have used a half size larger just because of all the walking and standing I plan on doing in them. Otherwise, they are really a dream on the feet.

These shoes are very comfortable and took no time for breaking in. I have a bunion and the softness of these shoes have not irritated it all. Thank you.

This shoe is extremely comfortable and I did not need a "break-in" period. The leather is not as soft as I would like - actually quite stiff - but that does not seem to affect the shoe's comfort factor. I personally feel that the shoe would look more attractive in a softer leather. Zappos quick service is amazing.

At Last a Shoe That Fits!!!
I have ordered several pairs of shoes trying to get a dress shoe for my terrible feet. Finally these came today: they fit, are comfortable and look nice on my feet. I wish I could wear a really fancy dress shoe, but I can't anymore and these are just going to have to do. Thank you Zappos for allowing me to try on so many different shoes and returning them with such ease. I have a hard time getting around and hate to shop any more even if I could find your selection in any store available.

The shoes are very comfortable and have a fine appearance on my feet. I do find that the heel is looser than necessary, but I realize this is because I need a wide toe box. The shoe, I’m sure is made proportionately correct for the size.

I needed a shoe that my orthotic would fit in, but would still look good for the office. This is an attractive shoe, comfortable, and is exactly what I was looking for. My co-workers have complimented me on the appearance of the shoe.

I love it!
I have a wide foot (EE) with a narrow heel, so slip-on shoes tend to slip off. I'm not big on Mary Janes (too Sunday school), so I was relieved to see the Cafe Walker, a well-disguised Mary Jane that I can wear to work - I work in a casual office. Three cheers for the low heels as well - I have arthritic toes and my feet don't come to a point at the end, so high heels and I don't mix.

I have almost the identical shoe through another brand that is no longer available, plus I have a hard to fit narrow size. I found it here, couldn't believe I had the shoes the next day, with no shipping to boot. Wow. They're Great!

Excellent shoes!
These shoes were bought for my mother who is living in a nursing home, and the ease of these shoes helps her and also the staff of the nursing home - easy to care for, comfortable, and also looking a bit stylish - not bad!

Bargain Of the Century!
I looked first at Zappos online, saving this style in the shopping bag 'til the woman I was shopping for/who needed them had a chance to look around town at the specialty "shoe comfort" stores. It's a good thing Zappos wasn't out of the Propét Cafe Walker by the time it was determined that similar styles cost almost 3 times more in those stores! She had never actually worn a shoe of the proper width for her feet before, and wound up choosing one size smaller than was expected because of the added width. I ordered 3 different sizes for her to try, and she chose the smallest of them. Thank you Zappos! I believe that this shoe will accommodate orthotics if one purchases a half size up (and perhaps a single width wider?)...The wearer of this purchase didn't use orthotics!

Great Shoes!
I have VERY weird feet. The second toe on my left foot has drifted almost completely over the big toe. This makes the second toe stick up and it has developed a corn that is painful when rubbed by most shoes. I've found Propét to make shoes that will not only accommodate my orthotic but have softer leather over the toes. I like this style because I can wear it with slacks or with dresses. I am past the point in my life when I can wear heels. I've ordered this shoe in three colors...the lighter one, the black and the brown. They are comfortable. The shoe is a bit wide in the back...the heel area...but I can live with that.

Shoes are quite comfortable, especially since I have been having problems with my feet for a while. They are slightly different in how they feel from another pair I have in a different color. But then I know that no two pair are alike. They feel supportive and are easy to walk in.

This is a very comfortable shoe - one of the most comfortable I have ever owned. I cannot say enough for the speed of Zappos filling the order - I had the shoes the next day!

I previously bought a shoe by Dexter that looked the same as pictured. The quality and fit was the same. I feel that the Propét shoe insole was more comfortable. The shoe was true to size.

Not for really wide feet -
I love the casual "dressy" look of the shoe. It was not as wide as most of my double wide shoes. I put a shoe stretcher on it for a week and I now can wear them comfortably.
