Very comfortable shoe right out of the box. Stylish with a classic look. The heel is not the older Vibram sole which I did find to be a bit more comfortable than the current model, but all in all this is a very comfortable shoe.

Great Fit!
After trying 5 different styles for my 15 years old with a wide foot, this was the best! Great fit and comfortable - and he's very particular!

It's so easy to shop at Zappos!
These are replacements for my husband's old pair and so I knew exactly what he wanted. They came the day after I ordered. My husband was amazed! It's such a breeze to shop at Zappos!

I had purchased other Rockport shoes and ordered the same size but this shoe seemed a bit smaller. I ordered a half size larger and it fit very well. I like the shoe a lot, I wanted a moderately dressy yet comfortable shoe and this is exactly what I got. The day after I got it I wore it all day at a conference (lots of standing and walking) and it was great, no blisters, no discomfort. I have to commend Zappos for their service. I called as soon as I got the first (too small) pair to ask about exchanging it. They offered to send out the next (half size larger) that day without charging my credit card for the shoes. What fantastic customer service!

Comfortable loafer -
Does what it is supposed to do, with a bit more support than the average penny loafer. I bought it for my 13 yo son for dressier occasions. He didn't complain bitterly, so that means it must be comfortable enough.

Decent loafers -
Nice finish. Fairly light and comfortable. The exterior leather seems to wear well so far. Would definitely buy again.
