My wedding shoe -
Beautiful and comfortable shoe. The pearl detail matches my wedding dress perfectly. The shoe could be a bit better made though. The satin fabric was pulling out of the heel, so I ordered a second pair and plan to send back the first once I have had the second pair dyed.

 |  | We have ordered from Zappos several times and I am so impressed with your company that I had to go online and find out who the brilliant person is that founded the company. My son is 8 and has extra wide feet so it is impossible to find shoes in the mall. Every pair that we have ordered for him through Zappos has been perfect. On our most recent order, I ordered shoes too big so I returned them for an exchange. The return process was painless and the shoes we just received are perfect. Also, every employee that I have spoken with on the phone has been very courteous and helpful and I have to tell you that we will continue to order again and again. I will tell anyone who is looking for shoes in hard to find sizes and extra wide sizes to order at Zappos. Thank you very much!
