Too narrow -
I ordered these for my wedding. I love the look and height, but they are way too narrow around the straps and I actually have pretty narrow feet and have never had the problem of a strappy shoe being too narrow for me. Also, the straps go mostly over your toes, sort of covering them up. It's too bad, too, because they're very cute shoes in person! I also have to agree with the other reviewer in that they're more of a silvery/shimmery white rather than flat white, which was perfect for me and my dress, but may not be good for someone else.

A Perfect Fit - All Around -
I wore these shoes with a brown and white homecoming dress... and the shoes pulled the whole look together. I just LOVE them.

Cute in pictures -
I bought these shoes to match my bridesmaid dress. In the picture, they look white; however, when I got them, they almost looked silver. Also, the opening for the toes is very narrow. By the end of the night, I couldn't wait to take them off. OUCH!!!

Shoes were very small. I could barely fit my toes in them. They are also marked as white, but are more cream. I have a BRIGHT white dress to wear and it made the shoes look old and dingy.

Unhappy -
These shoes are very pretty; however, they are abnormally small. Me and a few other girls ordered these for bridesmaid dresses and the result was we could not even fit our foot into the shoe. We all had to return them.

 |  | I recently was looking for some Ugg slippers in black and ended up ordering them directly from another site (who charges shipping both ways). When I called to cancel the order, they would not let me. I was obligated. I knew about your site and the free shipping both ways. I guess I should have stuck with my original plan and ordered from Zappos. I saw the interview with your CEO today on Oprah and was very impressed with your idea of customer service. I myself have had many bad experiences with customer service over the years. I think from this point forward I will only order from Zappos. I so much appreciate the fact that customer service comes first. If and when I move to Henderson, Nevada, the first thing I am doing is applying for a job with your company.
