Flips were definitely a size smaller than I typically wear (size 10). One thing that was a disappointment is after less than a month the straps peeled away from the sole. None of the above was a problem due to the stellar service of Zappos. Simply a minor inconvenience for me.

Best flops on the market, period!!!
I've been wearing flops my whole life. I always wore Reefs up until about 5 yrs ago. Then I switched to Sanuks. When I found out my favorite pair of Sanuks were eaten by my dog, and I couldn't purchase another pair because they were discontinued. I figured I'd try a pair of OluKai's. They are hands down the most comfortable flops on the market period. A little pricey, but if you wear them like I do, they're totally worth the money. Enjoy!!!

Best Flip Flops Ever!
I am a woman with wide feet. I have had some luck ordering men's size 7s in Merrells and thought I would try these, since they come in 7 as well. I hesitated because of the price, but these sandals are well worth the cost. The arch support is great, so I don't have to wear orthotics with these. I have been wearing them all summer and they are made so well that they still look new!

I love putting these sandals on everyday!
Great sandals! I had been wearing another pair, and didn't realize how little arch support I was getting until I tried these. Love the Maori style design. These shoes are so great; I have caught my partner sneaking off to run errands in them. I'm gonna have to break down and buy another pair! Delivery was AWESOME! I ordered at 11pm at night, and were delivered by 3:30PM the very next day...it was insanely quick!! I have no clue how they pulled that off so quick.

A real fine sandal -
After reading a number of reviews, I ordered a full size larger, than my normal size 11. The sandal was VERY comfortable, but I thought that it would stretch with use and then feel too loose. So I ordered my normal size, and I'm glad I did! It has stretched and for me, fits perfectly.

First of all Zappos customer service is top notched. The upgraded shipping for me for no extra charge. I Was pretty excited to see the sandals arrive today, especially when I ordered them on the weekend. Thanks! I hope the pups don't like the taste to these.

Good enough - Looking for a replacement for my Cole Haan flips, which had a good look to them for occasions dressier than the beach. The Cole Haans had a style to them, and while these were certainly nicer than your average flip, they didn't have quite the panache. I guess I was expecting too much, but the price was pretty much the same so I don't think I was. Definitely more comfortable than the Cole Haan, and seems to be more durable, though time will tell. I do have to ding OluKai on the sizing. I mean what were they thinking? Good thing I read the reviews on this site. I wear a size 10, and there was no way in hell that would have fit me. The 11 is fine, so unless you want to send these back, you *must* order a size larger.

I love these flip flops except for one problem I have encountered. The black sole pads on the bottom of the shoe in the heel have worn down prematurely. They are now almost flat and flush with the leather sole after only two months of wear. I am admittedly a bit of a foot dragger but this should not happen with a flip flop at this price.

Hiapos are comfortable and nice, but for what you are paying, they should be. Only downside is that the darker shoes bled onto my feet and stained them dark brown on the soles. Otherwise the shoes are good.

Terrific summer flip flops -
Great sandals. Believe the reviews about running small. I usually wear size 11, but got the size 12. They fit great and look terrific.

Fit was just too weird -
Longtime Simple owner, thought I'd branch out. Ended up returning these as I just couldn't get the right fit. When the arch support was in the right place, my heel was practically off the back. The flip itself looked great, but... returned for Simples. Glad I did.

Well-made, pricey flip-flop - As a person with flat feet, the built-up arch is almost "too much" for me, but the padding of the footbed is very cozy. Was also relieved to find the toe-strap quite comfortable despite being leather. Others I've tried have been irritating. I wish, especially in the larger sizes, that these were wider. This site states 'D Medium.' I've always associated 'D' with wide, not medium, which is in my view a 'B' or the like. Based on other’s reviews (thanks!), I ordered a full size larger and I'm glad I did.

This is my second pair of these. Fantastic arch support and molded heel cup. Extremely comfortable and plenty of traction on the sole for walking and even hiking. Excellent quality and handmade in the USA. I wear a 10 1/2, but ordered a 10 in these.

These sandals are so great that I had to order two pairs. You can't go wrong with these, seriously. Be sure to order one full size larger than you usually wear and you'll never want for another pair of sandals again!

I wear flip flops nearly every day. The wife wanted me to get some which were a bit more stylish and "formal" than my beach wear. These are very comfortable and attractive. A bit on the pricy side, but very well made.

Best Sandals Ever So Far -
This is a remarkable sandal so far. It is extremely comfortable after a few times wearing, fits snug on the foot like no other sandal, and has excellent support with a very sturdy sole, well made. You can not go wrong with this sandal. I would highly recommend and would purchase again down the road in a couple of years, which I know they will last a long time.

Comfortable, Affordable Sandal - This sandal is very comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time. The arch support of the sandal helps greatly for wear time. For guys with large, robust feet like myself, they may seem a little tight on top or the side initially, but they stretch in about a day.

I'm not a "review" guy, but buy these flips. Don't settle and get the cheaper Olukais, they don't do the company justice. Spend the extra bucks and get these!!! I don't take mine off, they are the most comfortable shoes I have and that includes some really expensive brands. When I'm not wearing them I feel like my feet are naked. Cannot say enough.

The only flips you need to own!!! After months of trying to slip into a pair of the Hiapos through local high dollar fashion and sports stores, I finally decided to look online hoping to get a pair. Having never made an online purchase, I was skeptical and leery of doing so, but I needed these flips THAT BAD. OluKai Hiapo's are the best -
I bought these OluKai sandals for my hard to please and very style and comfort driven teenager. He loved them! They have great arch support and are made extremely well. They do run a little short, my son wears a 10.5 but I always buy an 11, this shoe just barely fits. I wish I would have ordered the 12 so he could enjoy them next summer too. Oh well I'll just have to buy another pair. My son liked the natural tan color, I was not sure but after seeing them in person they looked great they even look better now that he has enjoyed them a couple of weeks.

The OluKai Hiapo is a sharp looking flip-flop that can be dressed up. I received a number of compliments regarding the design on the footbed. Felt a little small out of the box, but seemed to loosen up with some wear and walking. Very comfortable, even for longer walks. Will definitely look to OluKai for other footwear in the future!

What impresses me most is your customer service, convenience, and huge selection.
