Dear Zappos, I have been a customer of Zappos.com for several years and purchase almost all of my shoes for myself, my husband, and our 5 children from you. I have always ranted of how awesome you guys are and when I hear someone looking for shoes in a particular size that they can't locate, I always say, "Have you tried Zappos.com?" I am thanked 9 times out of 10 because you guys always come through! Needless to say, I wasn't surprised to see you on Oprah speaking of your mantra of customer service and a wonderful work environment for your employees. I live on the North Shore of Chicago, but I am so impressed with your company that if I resided near one of your locations, you can bet I would want to work with you!
