Dear Zappos, I was very impressed with the customer service in which you provided. As a matter of fact, I work at a large manufacturing place where good shoes are hard to come by as far as comfort and price, especially on steel toe. I told everyone I work around about the prompt service and the fact you stand behind your products. It really blew my mind on the shipping that you so kindly upgraded and they were delivered just as you stated in your confirmation email you sent me. I can tell you this, you have earned my respect as a company and I will gladly be doing business with you.
