ordering products from your company, I have been nothing less than awestruck with the quality of products, speed of shipping, and dedication to customer service displayed by Zappos. I just spoke with a rep at your call center and she made an impression on me. She was more than willing and able to help me with a return and facilitate getting a new laptop shipped out to me as soon as possible. She should be promoted and should teach everyone in the customer service industry what it means to treat a customer with care and respect. The people stationed here with me in Farah are most likely sick of hearing it. NO ONE else ships as fast as you do.
