Nice look, adequate comfort - wears well with jeans. Reasonably comfortable loafer that looks like a boot. Better lining needed for better comfort.

Perfect work boot!
I've always loved Kenneth Cole shoes because they look great and they're super comfy, these boots are no exception. I wore them to work the day after I got them and have worn them many times since! They look great and really comfortable.

Had to send back because felt smaller than marked. A little narrow also. Definitely have to break in. The shoes also squeak when you walk in them. However, they are a good looking shoe. Not too bad after they are broken in.

Toddler refuses to wear them -
There is a slightly raised logo in the heel area. It's like a plastic puffy oval that sits right under the heel of the foot so (apparently) my son can feel it when he wears the shoe (with socks) and it bothers him. After wearing the shoes twice, he absolutely refused to wear them again, taking them off whenever I forced them on. So, they're really cute shoes, but this was a waste of money to me.

Wanted this to work but it didn't -
I had seen this boot in black and really liked it. I didn't care for it as much in brown. However, I have a high instep and this boot did not work for me in that category. The rear zipper closing also posed a potential problem it seems. I really would like to have this in black even if it is not the best fit for me.

I'm an adult with a small foot, so it's nice to find styles that work for grown-ups. I do wish the boot had a little bit more style, more of heel, or a sharper look, but it does fulfill my basic need for a brown boot. It's not one I'd wear out for a night on the town, but it does well for the daytime. The fit and comfort are great - snug, but not tight in the shaft. If it had a 2 inch heel, it would be more versatile.

They are really comfortable and stylish. They look great under business suits or jeans. I think the quality of these bbots justifies the price. Zappos staff have been very helful regarding my questions and it was an excellent shopping experience.

Love this shoe -
My 7-year-old loves this shoe. She's just gotten old enough not to want to dress up in her dress up clothes, but she does love fancy shoes and wanted a little bit of a heel. These have just that--not too high at all to look teenager-y, but enough to look like a big girl. The sparkles add to the fancy-ness of them for her. She has not complained about them at all, so I assume they're comfortable too.

This is the overall perfect shoe. Soo comfy, looks great with pants or skirts. Keep them on all day and dance the night away with no problem. Wish they came in brown also.

Great Comfortable shoe -
I was very impressed with this shoe. Although it has a high heel, I was able to wear it the first day with no problem whatsoever. Since then I have worn them to work and walked around quite a bit in them. They are the most comfortable high heeled shoes I have ever owned! I ordered them in a size 6 and they fit perfectly.

Comfort, quality best of all great service!
The boots got here before I had finished placing the order. There's no other place you could get this kind of service! The high quality of the boots can be seen as soon as you open the box. They might feel about half size bigger than the actual size but that was something I didn't mind since it would give me the chance to use them in colder weather with thicker socks. I ordered the brown ones and the color is not the cheap looking brown that you sometimes see on shoes. Overall I highly recommend these boots. They're money well invested.

I ordered the Black Multi in an 8.5. These shoes are ridiculously comfy and so cute! The heel is wonderful and they are very easy to walk in. I can't find anything wrong with them!

Cute but OUCH!!
I love the look...very polished, love the lace up, but they are really too high, I agree with "Florida" would be better if heel were a 1/2 inch shorter. I cannot wear these anytime that I will be walking a lot. So that means I won't be wearing these much. ):

Extremely versatile and stylish!
This shoe has quickly become a staple in my wardrobe. You can wear it with jeans for a casual day at the office or you can dress it up with tights and a short skirt for an evening out. Either way, the style is timeless, classic, sophisticated. It's actually extremely comfortable and very easy to walk in - I usually walk about 10 minutes each way to work in them and ride public transit, so I know they can take a beating! Definitely an amazing find. I should get the other colors before they are out of production.

Hip & spacious.
Fantastic look to these boots. Very roomy in the ankle & calf. If you need room, then these boots are for you. It kills me that they must go back. I wish they were less spacious. Don't get me wrong though. They are beautiful!

These boots have the coolest look ever. The toe is pointy & flares up a bit giving a hip look under jeans. They are very loose in the ankle & calf. So, if you need room there, you are golden.
