Great with any outfit. Not as much arch support as I thought there would be but can fit my orthotics in it. Plenty of toe room. I have a wide foot but wides are too wide.

I LOVE these boots. I have large calves and have a lot of trouble with boots. I chose the "Black Stretch" and they zipped up and fit very well! They are comfortable and sexy! Kenneth Cole Reaction is the best brand for large calves! They also happen to be affordable, so pick a few styles and colors!

Everyone needs a black shoe to dress up slacks or jeans. This boot looking shoe has the perfect heal which allows you to wear all day in the office and even go to happy hour after work. It is true to its size because I tried a 9 for me but purchased a 7.5 for my girlfriend which fit us both perfectly.

First of all, Zappos is really good in terms of fast delivery. I ordered the grey one. However, the color looks sandy than grey to my eyes. Anyway, I still like the color of the shoes.

Comfy, sexy walking shoe -
I've tried lots of heeled booties like this and these are the best- looking and most comfortable I've had in years. I have them in 3 colors! They are stable (I can even walk over city grates in them) with good tread, but still very feminine and pretty cushy inside. Any heel might tire your foot out after a day of walking around town, but there's very little rub with these shoes. I have worn them in moderate rain and so far they haven't leaked. One thing though: they feel a half size larger than marked. I am a solid 9 and 1/2, and I had to exchange for the 9, which fits perfectly.

I'm using this shoe as a boot, actually. Looks really good with jeans, and I can wear it ALL day - even days with tons of walking in the city - and I'm 58 and very fussy about fit. This is my second pair of Borns (the other being a flat) and they will be all I buy in the future.

I haven't been out of these shoes since I got them. They are sooooo comfortable and warm. The minute I get home they're on and don't come off until I go to bed. They are great for either indoors or outdoors - especially in the upstate NY wintertime! Do spray them with waterproofer though.

I bought these boots and absolutely loved them. I have athletic calves, so each time I put them on it takes a good effort. But once zipped up, they look amazing! Also, a little downside, there is absolutely NO TRACTION whatsoever on these boots. I live in London now, and I got caught in the rain, thinking I would have no problem with these boots. Boy was I wrong. I almost fell 7 times and slipped a dozen more times. So I had traction put on them, so now it's safe again to walk in the rain.

I just absolutely love these boots. They're so comfortable you hardly know you're wearing any shoes. They go great with anything and are very attractive, stylish boots. I have them in red (adorable) and am ordering them in black. I highly recommend them.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. The padding inside the shoe was a bonus. The shoe bends nicely; not stiff like others I've tried. It has just enough tread to keep you from slipping on wet surfaces. I use these shoes for work in a professional environment. Whether I'm walking or sitting at a desk all day, my feet feel great at the end of the day.

The best boots I've ever owned!
I have been on a serious hunt for boots that fit my small calves AND are comfortable enough to walk in. I've never used Zappos.com before so I was very unsure about buying boots online, BUT with the free shipping, I was willing to give it a try. I can't believe I spent so many hours searching store after store, mall after mall, when these boots could be shipped to my house in 1 DAY. The heel is the perfect height to be comfortable, yet dressy enough. I'm 5'0" tall and weigh about 123, so I have "issues" finding boots that aren't either so tall they are covering my knees or so baggy you could fit a small child inside. These fit quite well on my calves with or without jeans tucked in. I have to say I'd like them at least one inch shorter, but I'm not complaining. Close enough to perfection for me. They are super comfortable also... very rare for me! These boots are very true to size. I am usually a 7 1/2 and that's what these are. Thank you Zappos!

This shoe has great looks and seems very well made. Since I've been wearing a casual "hiking/ outdoorsy" style oxford for the past year or so I have noticed that the sole on this shoe is not designed to give as much protection and I can feel the ground (rocks, gravel and so forth) through the sole more than my other pair of shoes- still, not uncomfortable and the sole does seem well made. I am normally a size eleven in most shoes I try and this shoe does seem to run a bit small in both length and width, although I'm not certain it would be a half size or not. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and have nothing but good to say about my experience with Zappos. Will definitely shop again.

Love these boots!
I am amazed at how comfy these boots are. I was able to wear them for about 8 hours straight being on my feet for most of the time, without breaking them in first and my feet felt fine by the end of the day. I often either get compliments on the boots or someone gives me a general positive when I wear them.

Born usually has a more sporty look, and this shoe is a tad dressier look. I have a narrow-er foot, but not narrow enough to wear a true narrow, so I order mediums. But this shoe, on my narrow foot w/a high arch, is too wide. The elastic cross strap doesn't even touch my foot. I love the shoe, but cannot wear it.

Perfect Little Boot -
This shoe has a gorgeous feminine look. You will be complimented when you wear it. It will go with most anything and all the details, including a no-problem zipper, are perfect. I have a wide size 7 foot with a high arch and narrow heel. This shoe gives me plenty of room in the front of the foot and no slippage in the heel. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars for overall and comfort is because it does not have the famous Born padding on the bottom of the foot. I haven't worn the shoes for a long amount of time, but I wouldn't recommend standing or walking in them all day without some discomfort/stress on the bottom of the foot. The sole has a nice non-slipping surface.

I'm experiencing trouble with the arch of a foot and tie shoes were recommended by my chiropractor to stabilize the foot. The fit is the best for my narrow heels. I work in a corporate office and the shoes have a business-like appearance. However, both soles squeak. Normally I would return shoes with this problem but necessity and the benefit outweighs the return of my money for this quality defect.
