One of the best shoes I've ever owned -
I used to have another pair of shoes that were almost exactly like these Dockers. I paid $120 for those shoes some years back and they were awesome. When they finally wore out I thought I wouldn't be find an adequate replacement, until I purchased these Dockers. Everything from the fit to the design of these shoes are excellent. To me, a shoe is useless if it's not comfortable (although many women would disagree). The Dockers fit very well right out of the box and just get more comfortable the more I wear it. If you are looking for an excellent shoe to wear to work and for a night out (looks perfect with jeans), then look no further. The price I paid is also a bargain. I will most likely get another pair right now in case I'm unable to find this shoe again in a few years.

Work Shoes -
Like most shoes, it’s a little stiff and needs to be broken in, but the break in period was quick. It's very comfortable, but if you're on your feet a lot during the day, you might want more cushion than this shoe provides.

I purchased these shoes for my husband.
They are just right for everyday office wear.
It's so easy to shop online at Zappos and have them delivered the next day. No more looking throughout the mall, only to find that they may carry his size, but not in wide width.

Worn for about 2 weeks...nice fit; comfortable and lightweight. No break-in period really needed. Wear them with jeans and cargo pants...nice and casual.

I love these shoes! They are soooo comfortable! The soles are padded, and they feel great, even when I'm at work on my feet all day. There is plenty of toe room, and the wedge heel gives them a nice height with no pain and good stability. The only thing you might not like is the finish of the upper. It is textured in a way that looks kind of artificial. I don't know how else to describe it except that it reminds me of the surface of my 1970's era Samsonite luggage, if anyone remembers that. Still, these are overall my favorite shoes for both work and casual. The go equally well with business casual or jeans.

Very comfortable, but a little heavy. This shoe is a great walking shoe for the colder weather because it is warm. One can really feel and appreciate the air support at the heel. Very good quality and workmanship.

Finally a comfortable shoe that doesn't look like a grandma shoe. I have trouble with shoe width - they either are too tight in the toe area or too loose in the heel area. These shoes felt comfortable from day 1 and I don't walk out of them due to a too-wide heel.

Not a walking shoe -
It is a great shoe if you drive to the office, sit all day and don't move. If you walk a ton of blocks and avenues, do not think about buying this shoe. At first it fits fine and is very comfortable. I walked 3 blocks and already started to develop a blister. By the end of the day my feet hurt worse than any pair of shoes I have ever purchased. Maybe it was my fault that I chose to break them in on my way to work, but nevertheless, it should not have mattered. They are nice looking. I think I might bring them to work and just wear them around the office and leave them there.

Good Shoe for the Money -
Very well made shoes and pretty stylin' for Dockers. Not sure if it's my feet or the shoes but got a blister from them rubbing on my heel. Sort of feels like they'll break in so I'll keep them for a bit and see what happens

This shoe runs smaller than most, but the width seemed wider than I would expect for the size of the shoe. Within two days it was squeaking with each step.

I've had these shoes for about 3 weeks and I really like them. They are very comfortable and have been since the first day I wore them. I thought I'd have to break them in, but it wasn't necessary. I have a wide foot and sometimes when I buy a wide, they are either too wide or not wide enough. These were perfect for me. I was also worried that they would tend to slide off, but that hasn't been a problem either. They seem to be really well made and I like the way they look. I'm very glad I purchased these shoes!

Disappointed -
We all know how hard a good navy shoe is to find, so I was very excited to find this pair. When they arrived, I could tell before putting them on that they were not running true to size. Appearance is nice and it is a great navy color. They run at least a good 1/2 size too big. I expect they would be comfortable and the heel is a perfect height. Order down a size or so and you should be pleased... mine are going back.

The shoes look good and are very comfortable. The style is right on trend. I checked the more expensive brands and the heels were way too high. These are just perfect and cost less than half of those other brands I was considering. I am glad that I waited for them to be in stock again. Just ordered another pair so I have a backup pair. If you are looking for a pair of black oxford, this is it.

Comfort and Style combined - This shoe was comfortable from the get go. Since I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet, I nearly always wear clogs. These are not as clunky as my others. They are also a nice shade of navy, which can be hard to find.

Overall, these shoes are excellent. They are durable and they look pretty good. There are two issues I encountered - the back of the shoe that sits above your ankle wears your skin for a few days before the shoes get broken in. It was pretty painful, but after 3 or 4 days, they are the most comfortable shoes to wear. My other complaint is really more of a personal pet peeve. I really don't like waxy, hard laces. I wish this shoe had soft laces because they hold better. That was easy enough to fix on my own. But overall, the shoes themselves are excellent and I'd recommend them to anyone.

This simple pump has a modern, hip look on the foot and makes my legs look good. I am of normal weight for my height and have no foot problems. The 8.5M fit a little loose because my foot slid down a bit into the square-ish toe. Consequently, I ordered the 8M to see if that would fit better. Turns out the 8M felt great in the morning (wearing stockings) but when I tried them on again in the afternoon (after being on my feet all day), they were too snug and I felt I would develop an abrasion. To solve the problem I bought an insert to slide into the ball area of the 8.5M (one of those suede peel-n-sticks) and that made the 8.5M fit fine. Other than that, it's a nice shoe and will work, as the description says, for work or casual. The leather is nice and the shoe appears to be well made.
