These are gorgeous shoes, but run small. I had to go up a 1/2 size, which I rarely do. But, once I did that, they are perfect. Very comfy, even with the heel height. They do feel higher than other 3" heels I've got, maybe because of the short toe box, but they're still very comfortable. Now that I know what size, I got them in the red too. A really different looking pump with the degrade coloring.

Nice, but Squeaky -
They look great and fit the purpose for which I bought them. I wanted black slip-ons for when I walk the dogs around the block before work. I usually wear black track pants so I wanted something to go with the pants that are easy to slip into.
My beefs are as follows: The shoes have a squeak when I walk. More like a squish sound. Two, the heels need to provide more cushion. I'm surprised because I don't have tender feet. Three, order a half-size up!

Great Shoes!
I ordered several different shoes from Zappos, and finally stopped with these. I have wide feet, and these fit great! Plenty of room and it's nice to able to adjust the straps. Nice color brown and I thought there very cute in a casual way, and look great with jeans. I am thinking of ordering another color.

Mesh is weak -
Great looking shoe, BUT a hole developed in the mesh where my big toe joint is. I have normal feet (no bunions), but this shoe did not hold up to hiking or the treadmill.

I love these Clogs. They look great with jeans, and are VERY comfortable. I am glad to have gotten them for everyday wear, and my feet feel good in them. They are also good looking.

The shoes are pretty comfortable and true to size. They seem a little stiff, but perhaps the stiffness will lessen with wearing (I've only worn them twice).

Great shoe, but color not as pictured -
I ordered this shoe yesterday and received it today. I went up 1/2 size based on other reviews (I am normally an 8 and ordered 8.5). The shoe is quite roomy--I probably could've stuck with the 8--but I don't mind the extra space b/c I am 7 months pregnant and anticipating some swelling in my feet. Despite the roominess up front, it seems to hug my heel well. I've only worn it around the house so far, so I can't speak to its long-term comfort.

The wonderful Ahnu Alameda -
These are fantastic shoes- comfortable right out of the box! I wore them everyday from Thurs. through Sun. and had no problems. They also accommodate my orthotics. As for rating the look at 4 stars it is actually closer to four-and-a-half; took a bit to adjust to the style since the toe box is a bit wider than my other shoes (including the other pair of Ahnu shoes I own). They look great with jeans and cords and I even wore them with tights and a very long jean skirt. Not the best look but if you accidentally leave your dressier pair of shoes at home when you pack, these will work (I think it is the suede that makes them more suitable for this than other casual sneakers). Note on fit ratings: Overall, they were true to width and fit well in the heel (even though I have a narrow heel) but the toe box is quite large.

These shoes are really comfortable! Good arch support but still feel like slippers on my feet. I did not have to break them in at all. I bought 1/2 size larger and they fit well. I have wide feet, and the width is no problem.

Captures my spirit -
This shoe is extremely cute. I bought it in mushroom. I feel like a fairy in an enchanted forest. It has a nice understated sporty look to it, which is pretty hip these days. One problem I have with it is the clasp, which is not extremely durable. This would be the perfect shoe if there was some other device in place of it. (It was extremely fun to open/close at first, but after a few days it became noticeably less optimally-functioning.) What's more, I don't like the look of the clasp. It kind of kills the shoe's charm, cheapens it somewhat. Another problem, which I didn't anticipate, is that the shoe has a sort of revealing hole on the top, which makes picking socks to wear with it kind of annoying. (And you have to wear socks with it, otherwise you will get blisters.) But on balance, it is well worth it, because this shoe is really phenomenal. I also feel it incumbent upon me to dissipate the reports of this shoe being very uncomfortable/causing blisters. This is simply not true, unless you bought shoes too small. Also, you will obviously get blisters if you don't wear socks.

Cute red shoes -
I bought these to wear on a walking trip. The back of the shoe is higher than my tennis shoes so I came home with some blisters, but overall, they are great! The arches are perfect and they are really CUTE!

What's up with the shoe laces?????
These shoes are light & moderately comfortable for the work I do in Iraq. However, the laces are substandard. I've only worn these shoes about two weeks & the laces have already noticeably frayed. Have contacted Zappos to request new laces; am hoping their customer service after the sale is better than others out there. In short, I would recommend these shoes, but buy extra laces.

Nice shoe, if you like them wide -
I found these shoes to be comfortable almost immediately. My only quibble is that they are slightly too wide for my B feet, but if I had ordered a smaller size, they would definitely have been too short. As it is, they're a little close in the toe, but still very wearable. I would discourage people with narrow feet from buying these shoes.

Comfortable right out of the box -
I wore these shoes on a trip to Nova Scotia. They kept my feet warm and cozy on some dank misty days. More important though, they felt great and supported my difficult weak arched, over pronated feet. I couldn't ask for more!

Nice Shoes -
I was impressed with the comfort right out of the box. I was looking for a casual waterproof shoe, with some style, that's what I got. I have a pair of Keens; this shoe is more comfortable and not as bulky. I wanted them for rainy days, I've been wearing them on sunny days too, nice shoes, definitely recommend!

These shoes are great! I really like the ventilation - but they kept my feet warm recently, and they also dry quickly after walking in the rain. Perfect for multiple day hikes, they're good to go the next morning. I took my heavy hiking boots on our last trip, but never put them on, these had support and traction and I didn't want the weight.

I typically wear a 7.5 street shoe and an 8 athletic shoe. The 7.5 Mirage was too short in the toe box, but the 8 was too large, both in length and width. Thick socks helped, but the shoe still felt "off." I have V-shaped feet with small heels, and I was unable to keep my heels from slipping in the 8 (no extra lace holes to help cinch in heels). What's more, the tongue stuck up and out, much like current teenage fashion. Even though they were wonderfully cushioned, and they were perfect for the activity planned, that was the clincher -- back they went.

A little disappointed -
I was a little disappointed especially in the comfort. It did not have the arch support or cushioning like a typical walking shoe. They are cute enough, but that doesn't help when walking is the task of the day.

Pretty nice shoe -
In the coffee color, this shoe looked just a tad worn or something the minute it came out of the box - not really a problem for me except that I expected closer to perfection for this price. Overall it is quite attractive in its way and very comfortable; best of all, however, it is vegan. I'm thinking about getting it in black as well.

Great shoe!
I love this shoe. I just bought my pair this week and they have only left my feet the past 4 days when I go to bed. I read some of the reviews that said they experienced rubbing on their heel - I've had no break-in period at all and no problems. Very happy with this purchase.

Slipping heel...I bought these shoes for my daily walk/hike. Very comfy and easy on/off. My heel does slip in them, even when I tighten down the laces, which causes me to not like them as much as I wanted to! If your heel is on the skinny side, you may want to try another shoe.
