This was my first Zappos order and they were very prompt and professional! I had to send back the first pair because it was too big. I have a narrow foot and I tried the 8.5 med., but it was too big. So I ordered the 8.5 narrow and it fit nicely.

Great boot!
I ordered these boots on Thursday night at 11:30 and received them the next day before 4:00 p.m. Unbelievably great service. The boots fit wonderfully. I have been wearing an 8 in most shoes lately, ordered these in 8's and they fit very well. I wore them for the first time at a Christmas party where I was standing up most of the time and my feet didn't even get tired, much less pinch or hurt. I highly recommend these. Thanks Zappos!

Buyer Beware -
This is the best looking slipper yet in the Zermat line, although very expensive. This is the third pair I purchased and I made the mistake of wearing them so now I cannot return them. Turns out that the sizing is different from before, or maybe just wrong. While the 11.5 men's mediums I purchased previously fit just fine, this "larger" 12 M is way too tight.

Cute shoes - run small -
I'm usually a narrow 7 (even in other Cole Haan shoes), but these 7s (both narrow and regular widths) were too small. Size up. Cute and comfortable though - dress up or down.

Cute but ouch -
OMG, What a cute shoe! It's hard to find a pointy toed loafer and this one is chic. Unfortunately it was too narrow. I ordered a size larger but then it was too long and slipped off my heel. I could have put inserts in the heel but for the price of the shoe I expect it to fit perfectly. Zappos is still the best though!

Best boots I have ever owned!!
I bought these boots in the brown suede first, I could not believe how incredibly comfortable they are despite the heel! They are like walking on clouds! I can wear them all day to work and have not one regret. The quality and look are outstanding, THESE BOOTS ROCK!!!!!

I bought two pair, black and luggage and love them both. Classy and durable. A bit stiff but with wear will loosen. Also bought a red bass penny loafer and love them too. Zappos is not my only good shoe source. Delivery and returns quick and efficient. JB

Great looking sandals in black, however, they're uncomfortable for me to wear. Disappointing because usually Cole Haans fit me perfectly. The arch, cross-band, and heel were all off for me.

Been looking for a long time for a black leather, light, classic handbag to use for work, travel, interviews, and on weekends. Files and books fit when the clasp is undone. 3 zippered pockets means smaller items don't get lost. Love the braided shoulder straps which look nice and stay put on my shoulders, unlike other bags. It also stands up on its own. I'm petite and it doesn't overpower me while holding everything I need. Love it!

I ordered a half size larger after trying the model on in the store. The fit was more comfortable. Great shoe for walking around. Looks great with jeans. All my girlfriends liked them!! I am a cool grandmother also!!

The most high-heeled comfortable boot ever -
These are by far the most comfortable high-heeled boots I’ve ever owned. I have a few pairs of Cole Haan pumps with the Nike Air construction, and now don’t want to wear any other type of shoe. The cushioning in the sole is fabulous. I feel like I can walk forever in them. People have stopped me to comment on them frequently. My only complaint is that they are a little too big for my scrawny calves – I wish they were about an inch narrower – but I often have trouble finding boots to fit. Overall, these are fabulous, gorgeous boots that are really and truly comfortable to wear.

Waaaay overpriced for a well-constructed Chuck.
Nicely constructed, but absolutely no support. Basically a Chuck, but made better. Leather upper has a canvas embossing which makes it look like rubber coated canvas. If these were about $30 I'd keep 'em. Sending them back.

Love These Boots!!! So Chic and Comfortable!!!
I've been searching for a chic, form fitting flat boot in a cognac/amber color forever and I thought they didn't exist unless of course you want to pay $500 or more! This boot is incredibly comfortable and was designed by Nike Air for Cole Haan and has great traction if you walk a lot!! I have narrow calves and I can still tuck my jeans or leggings inside comfortably. I would not rec. if you have large calves. The amber color boot goes great with black or brown apparel!!This is a very European, chic look! I ordered my boot at 3:00 pm and arrived the next afternoon!! I love Zappos!!

Not a stylish flat -
This show had a very rounded look to it, like a cross between Jellies and the Jetson's! In a 10N it was okay on comfort, but was wider than narrow. It didn't envelop the foot and the styling was not chic at all. Sesto Meucci Sardi was much nicer. I wish they carried it in more colors.

LOVE THIS BAG!
This bag is the perfect size for me... not too big, not too small. The light copper color goes with everything which is great because I'm not one to change handbags everyday. It would be a little more secure if it had a snap closure option instead of the strap with hook, but that's definitely not a deal breaker. I'd highly recommend it!

This shoe is by far the most comfortable heel I have ever worn. The heel height is perfect, not too high, but high enough. The openness of the toe is also perfect, reveals 1st toe and part of 2nd toe. I have had to order an 8.5 in Cole Haans in the past, but had to exchange this one for an 8 (which is what I wear in most other shoes). A little stiff at first, but as with all good patent leather, they stretch after the first time or two of wearing. In addition to being comfortable, the look of the shoe is 1st class. The criss-cross comes across the foot at the perfect angles and the high sheen of the leather is rich and soft. The toe box narrows slightly at the toes and pinches my pinky toe ever so slightly, but I can definitely wear them all day with no problems.

I ordered these shoes in a size 8.5; I am between an 8.5 and 9 and chose to go with the 8.5. However, these shoes run a whole size larger than marked. I had to return them and get a size 8. My foot could literally slip out of the shoe without unzipping the side zip. Other than the size issue, these shoes are gorgeous! I was looking for a bootie that was significantly shorter than usual (right at ankle and not higher) to go with ankle length pants so you see the separation between the pant and shoe. These are it! The heel is a bit on the higher side for me, but they are still comfortable. These would look great with any outfit!
