The Teva-lution began in 1982, on the raging rapids of the Colorado River, when Mark Thatcher invented the first sport sandal. It was a simple idea that birthed a new industry. Selling his first pairs out of the back of his van to friends and fellow boaters along the river, Mark named his new business Teva, which means ‘Nature’ in Hebrew.
Since the creation of Teva over 20 years ago, their team has been providing authentic, outdoor performance footwear; it’s what they live for. They managed to create a perfect marriage between a boater’s flip flop and a protective, cushioned sneaker. LOVE this flip flop for wearing around the house on wood and stone floors. I have pain in my arch and this is the only shoe that comforts that. The extra high cushy arch support is fab!

The shoes arrived in two business days and they were perfect. I usually wear a 9 and ordered a size 8 as suggested, and they fit perfectly. I have worn them almost everyday since I got them, I love them!

Outstanding comfort; they don't even need to be broken into like most shoes. The look is good, but would have likes the stitching and insides to be the same color as the shoe.

I LOVE THESE! I am 15 and got them for Christmas, but I got them early. They run a size small, so I got a 9, even though usually I’m a 10, and they fit perfectly. They are so comfortable and unique and everyone comments about them. I used waterproofer and it works well and didn’t ruin them or anything like some people think it will. They’re really warm, too. LOVE THEM!!!

I got this shoe two days ago. I've never bought this brand before, but I think they will become my most purchased sport/casual type of shoe. I wanted a slip-on. This shoe is lightweight, and very supportive. So comfortable. I've found a new favorite.

This is a great shoe; the only problem was the sizing. When I received them, I thought I was sent a smaller size by accident. They definitely looked a whole size smaller and felt at least 1/2 a size or more smaller. I reordered a whole size up and I'm very pleased with them. This is a good shoe for wet climates.

I went back and forth about getting this shoe - worried that it would look dorky. It looks great on, doesn't have that typical Teva feel to the insole, and feels comfortable to walk in.

Did their job...
Bought 3-pair for our family trip. These held up great hiking lava fields, wet landings off of dive boats etc. They look okay. Are well made. They do come up a bit high on the inside by my ankle bone (not for the guys), and did rub a raw spot because of that. Socks fixed that. Would get them again - love the protected toe design.

Too small for Cinderella's Step sister -
I bought this shoe as a multi-purpose shoe because of its sleek street-worthy design and the praise it had for durability on the trail. I never found out if this was true, I never wore it outside my house. They were too short for my feet, even though I usually were an 11. They were roomy in the toe-box, and the in-sole was very springy, especially in the heel. They seemed very well constructed. I would suggest people to buy a half size up, if possible. Unfortunately for me they do not make an 11.5

The greatest shoes!
I ordered these just before going to Disney World. I received the shoes, packed them without wearing them. The first day we started our tour of Disney World I strapped them on. They were incredibly comfortable and I never wanted to take them off!! There comfort is unsurpassed by any other shoe I wear. They help the arthritis in my knee and heel. If it weren't for the snow in my part of the country, I'd never take them off!!! And the customer service at Zappos is awesome too!!! Thanks so much.

Runs a little small, overall a good buy.
I ordered these shoes for my two year old son and I am relatively happy. They do seem a little small compared to a pair of DCs I just got him (and I was told by the sales person at a department store that those run small, hmmm) but they fit and we were in need of a brown/blue shoe so we kept them. They seem comfortable for him, and are definitely very durable.

They really are waterproof -
I ordered these shoes to watch my boy’s sporting events when it's rainy or the grass is wet. They work great in the rain. The water just beads off and your feet stay dry. They are also very comfortable and I have picky feet. They must look good to as I got many compliments on them.

Great shoe for vacations! I can wear this shoe when just walking around town or use it to climb waterfalls in Jamaica. My foot doesn't slip around and it offers great support.

Looks great, but my feet sweat in them -
Let me tell you I am a picky, picky shopper. I went all around town and tried on shoes and ordered 10 pairs from Zappos and couldn't find one I liked. I have a broken bone in my foot, and my feet swell when I sit, so I need shoes that don't bind or have straps in the wrong places, are adjustable and comfortable. This shoe was great in all ways, except for one. They are hot and my feet sweat in them. I am still wearing them (I am frugal and will probably wear them 15 years like my last pair of sandals), but the hot feet situation is not ideal.
