Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy, and it's FREE!*

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund.
You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date*. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged for the same title only.
Return shipping is absolutely free*. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.**
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will take care of everything.

You can print a free UPS or USPS domestic shipping label right here off the Web. Here's what you need to do:

  1. Log in to your account from the My Account page.
  2. Once you are logged in, locate the "Order History" section and click the Order # of the purchase you wish to return.
  3. Click on the "Proceed to Return Process" button on the Order Information page.
  4. On the Return Request page check the item(s) that you would like to return on the Return column and click the "Return Checked Items" button.
  5. Choose a refund option (Zappos Store Credit or Original Payment Methods)
  6. Choose to display the label for immediate printing or to have it sent to you in the mail and click the "Continue" button.
  7. Print the Return Confirmation page and include it with the products that you wish to return. Continue to the following steps to learn how to print your free return label. There will be a handy blue link that states: Click here to display your free UPS Return Label (You will also have this option for USPS.). Click and Print! It's that easy! Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your card and send you email confirmation that your return is completed.
  8. If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them at this time.
  9. Attach your return label to your box. You can use your original Zappos box, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box.
    • If you choose to print a UPS return label, then tape your UPS return label to your box and drop the box off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. Find the UPS Service Center nearest to you.
    • If you choose to print a USPS return label, you can either drop it off at your nearest post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier.

Unfortunately the size was wrong (my fault), but the return was simple and the correct size came soon after.
